Your books, your filings, and your next move — finally in one place.
Most growing businesses are not struggling with numbers. They are struggling with three different people holding three different pieces of them, while deadlines move without anyone watching the whole picture.
Accountask brings UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, bookkeeping, IFRS reporting and CFO-level insight under one team — so nothing surprises you at year end.
Accountask brings your federal and state filings, bookkeeping, reporting and CFO-level insight under one team — so the calendar is handled before it becomes a problem.
It is rarely an accounting problem. It is a visibility problem.
Your books are maintained by one provider, your VAT returns by another and corporate tax by a third — while nobody is watching cash flow or margins. Deadlines are missed because no single person owns the FTA compliance calendar. Penalties accumulate quietly, and by the time management sees a figure it is already weeks old.
Your bookkeeper, your CPA and whoever handles state filings rarely speak to each other — while nobody is watching cash flow or margins. Deadlines are missed because no single person owns the full federal and state calendar. Penalties accumulate quietly, and by the time management sees a figure it is already weeks old.
One Team, Full Picture
Your bookkeeper, tax adviser and CFO analyst work from the same numbers — no gaps, no duplicated effort, no conflicting advice across three inboxes.
Every UAE Deadline, Owned
Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, UBO and AML filings tracked in a single compliance calendar and managed proactively rather than reactively.

Straight answers before you commit to anything
Yes. Registration with the Federal Tax Authority is required regardless of profitability, and it is separate from whether tax is ultimately owed. Returns must be filed even in loss years. The 9% rate applies only to taxable income above AED 375,000, and eligible small businesses may claim Small Business Relief — but registration and filing obligations still apply, and missing the registration deadline carries its own penalty.
Not automatically. Free zone entities can benefit from a 0% rate on qualifying income where they meet the Qualifying Free Zone Person conditions, including adequate substance and the de minimis limits on non-qualifying revenue. We assess your activities against those conditions and structure your operations and documentation accordingly, rather than assuming the relief applies.
Registration is mandatory once taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 over the previous 12 months, or where they are expected to within the next 30 days. Voluntary registration is available from AED 187,500. We handle the registration, the ongoing returns and any FTA correspondence.
The FTA applies late filing and late payment penalties, which escalate the longer a return goes unfiled. Where it has already happened, a voluntary disclosure is usually the right next step — we prepare and submit those directly with the FTA, along with any penalty reconsideration request.
Yes, and it is one of our most common starting points. We reconstruct and reconcile prior periods, correct misclassifications, and hand over clean, audit-ready books before moving you onto a normal monthly cycle. Clean-up is step three of our methodology precisely because most clients arrive with some degree of backlog.
Most compliance and bookkeeping work is on a fixed monthly fee agreed in advance, scoped to your transaction volume and entity count. Advisory projects such as feasibility studies or internal audits are quoted as fixed-fee engagements. No hourly surprises.
We review your current books, registrations, filings and reporting to identify compliance gaps and blind spots. It is a diagnostic rather than a sales pitch — you receive a clear list of what needs attention whether or not you engage us further.
A foreign-owned single-member US LLC generally must file Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120 each year, and you may also have a Form 1040-NR obligation depending on US-source income. Penalties for failing to file Form 5472 start at $25,000 per omission, so this is not one to guess on. Depending on your activities, state franchise tax and sales tax obligations may also apply.
It depends on your entity type. An S-corp, a partnership and a sole proprietorship each carry different federal forms, and to those you add state franchise tax, quarterly estimated payments, and payroll or 1099 filings where you have staff or contractors. We map the full calendar for your specific structure before anything is due.
Yes. We review where you have triggered economic nexus, register you in the states that require it, and keep those filings current. It is a common blind spot for online and multi-state sellers, and one that compounds quietly.
Do not ignore it, and do not respond alone before you understand what it is asking. Send it to us. We read it, explain it in plain terms, and handle the response directly with the IRS where that is appropriate — including penalty abatement requests where grounds exist.
